At EPVMC, we respect the relationship you have with your clients. We value our partnership with you and understand that this key to our success in providing the best patient care and owner experience. We will only provide emergency care and ophthalmology services for your patient. If routine primary care services or long term management of a medical condition are requested – the owner will be referred back to their primary care veterinarian. The long term relationship you have formed with the patient and owner is cornerstone of pet healthcare and will be honored by EPVMC. Your referrals are accepted by EPVMC with a great sense of responsibility. We are proud to be an extension of your trusted team.

How to Refer a Case

You may contact the emergency service at any time. Our staff will be available to discuss any case that you would like to send for care with the emergency service.

The ophthalmology service is available 5 days per week. We will be available to see any urgent cases on days when the service is present. Please call our office to discuss any patients you have questions about or needs an examination on as an emergency-we are here to be a part of your team. Dr. Landis is always happy to speak with you and assist with your patients whenever she can do so.
